Order Processing Time

 

                                 All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

                                 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

                                 Delivery times vary depending on your location:

                                 Domestic Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

                                 We offer the following shipping options:

                                 Pickup from storage inventory: Available for pick up within 1-2 days.

 

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

 

                                 We currently do not ship overseas. However, we are looking at options to open this option.

                                 Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside of Singapore for now.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

                                 WLJC Group Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

                                 WLJC Group Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

                                 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

                                 WLJC Group Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, [Your Company Name] will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

International Shipping

 

                                 We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on setting this up.
